Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Solus·Aren. Because many of our items are fulfilled by specialized partner warehouses, our return process follows supplier guidelines. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item is in resalable condition

  • The return has been approved in advance

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@solusaren.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Item name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization number

  • The return address

  • Shipping instructions

Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return approval.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available

Return shipping (if required) will be covered in these cases.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Special-order products

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items once opened


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Refund amounts are based on the original purchase price and may be adjusted if the item is not returned in resalable condition.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
